Refund Policy

If you upgrade to PRO and are not satisfied within 7 days of payment, email us and we will refund your payment in full — no questions asked. The FREE plan is always free and requires no payment.
1. Free Plan
The FREE plan is available at no cost and does not involve any payment. There is nothing to refund on the FREE plan.
2. PRO Plan — 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day full refund on all PRO plan payments. If you are not satisfied with your PRO subscription for any reason within 7 calendar days of your payment date, we will refund the full amount paid with no questions asked and no deductions.
Eligibility
- The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original payment date.
- Only the most recent payment is eligible for refund (not previous billing cycles).
- Annual plan refunds (₹4,999/year) are eligible within 7 days of each annual renewal.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at admin@wabulkmessenger.com with:
- Subject: Refund Request — [Your Email Address]
- The email address associated with your WA Bulk Messenger account
- The date of payment
- Your Razorpay order ID or payment ID (optional — helps us process faster)
We will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (debit card, credit card, or UPI). Depending on your bank, the amount may take 5–10 additional business days to appear in your account.
4. After a Refund
Upon processing your refund, your account will revert to the FREE plan. You will retain access to the 50 free messages/month and all FREE-tier features. Your contact groups, templates, and account data are preserved — nothing is deleted.
5. Exceptions
We may decline a refund if:
- The 7-day window has passed since the payment date.
- The account has been found in violation of our Terms & Conditions (e.g., sending spam, illegal content, or content that violates WhatsApp's Terms of Service).
- A refund was already granted on a previous payment for the same account.
6. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks have significant costs for small businesses and can be avoided by simply emailing us. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension.
7. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your PRO subscription at any time from the Settings tab inside the extension. Cancellation stops future billing but does not issue a refund for the current billing period (unless within the 7-day refund window). You will continue to have PRO access until the end of the current billing period.
