WhatsApp Web shows "Phone not connected" — what do I do?

Ensure your phone is connected to the internet and WhatsApp is open on your phone. On WhatsApp Web, click the three-dot menu → "Log out" and then scan the QR code again. Keep the WhatsApp Web tab active while sending.

The extension icon is not visible in my Chrome toolbar.

Click the puzzle-piece icon (Extensions) in Chrome's top-right corner. Find "WA Bulk Messenger" and click the pin icon to keep it visible in the toolbar at all times.

My campaign stopped mid-way. Can I resume it?

Yes. If you close the extension or the browser while a campaign is running, reopen it within 4 hours. You will be offered the option to resume from exactly where you left off.

I upgraded to PRO but my quota still shows FREE.

After payment, refresh the extension by clicking the icon and waiting 10–15 seconds. If it still shows FREE, sign out of the extension and sign back in. If the issue persists, email admin@wabulkmessenger.com with your order ID.

How do I import contacts from Excel or CSV?

In the extension, go to the Contacts step and click "Upload CSV / Excel". Your file must have a column for phone numbers (with country code). Optional columns for {{name}}, {{city}}, or any custom variable are automatically detected.

Messages are sending but contacts are not receiving them.

This usually means the recipient has blocked you, has an inactive number, or WhatsApp flagged your number for high volume. Reduce your batch size, increase delays to "Safe" mode, and ensure you are only messaging opted-in contacts.

Can I use the extension on multiple WhatsApp accounts?

Yes. Each WhatsApp Web login is treated separately. Open a new Chrome window and log into a different WhatsApp account on web.whatsapp.com, then use the extension normally in that window.

How do I request a refund?
