This website is operated by WA Bulk Messenger. Throughout this document, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to WA Bulk Messenger. By visiting our site and/or using the Service, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

WA Bulk Messenger is a Chrome browser extension that enables users to send personalised WhatsApp messages to multiple contacts via WhatsApp Web. It is an independent third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc. in any way.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.
• You must have legal authority and consent to send messages to the contacts you import.
• You must hold a valid WhatsApp account and comply with WhatsApp's own Terms of Service.

3. Account Registration

To access the full Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password, or sign in with Google. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date account information.
• Keeping your login credentials confidential and secure.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately at admin@wabulkmessenger.com of any suspected unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use WA Bulk Messenger to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages ("spam") to contacts who have not opted in.
• Send messages that are harassing, abusive, threatening, or otherwise harmful.
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Send content promoting illegal activities, violence, or hate speech.
• Impersonate any person or organisation.
• Collect personal information of others without their explicit consent.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

A breach of any of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your access to the Service.

5. WhatsApp Compliance

By using WA Bulk Messenger, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for complying with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and all applicable laws.
• We are not responsible for any action WhatsApp takes against your account, including warnings or bans.
• Anti-ban features (smart delays, batch pausing, personalisation) reduce risk but do not guarantee your account's safety.
• You must only message contacts who have explicitly consented to receive messages from you.

6. Plans, Pricing, and Billing

• FREE Plan: Available at no cost with limited monthly message quotas.
• PRO Plan: ₹499/month or ₹4,999/year. All payments processed securely by Razorpay.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
• We will provide 30 days' notice to registered users for any material pricing changes.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any feature) at any time. The Service depends on WhatsApp Web's interface, which may change independently of our control. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and branding of WA Bulk Messenger is our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the Service without our written permission.

Your account data — messages you write and contacts you import — remains yours. We process it solely to deliver the Service to you.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with future versions of WhatsApp Web. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WA Bulk Messenger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• WhatsApp account suspension or ban
• Failure of messages to be delivered

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension and requesting account deletion at admin@wabulkmessenger.com. Account deletion is processed within 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
